We specialise in shipping out of gauge
items and project cargoes. We have many successfully completed
projects to our credit. These vary from small building projects to
complete industrial complexes requiring co-ordination of shipments
from several countries to site.
Such shipments require many months of intensive planning in
close co-operation with the main contractor. Planned delivery of
certain strategic items is ensured on time and a schedule is drawn
up and agreed upon to ensure all parties are aware of time-sensitive
deliveries.
Regular status reports are issued to the main contractor and other
interested parties. This ensures a written record of current and
forthcoming shipments is available at all times. We issue strict
deadlines for sub-contractors which must be adhered to.
Subject to
receipt of exact cargo requirements and shipping specifications, we
give written quotations in advance. These are a very important and
integral part of the project manager's grasp on the entire budget.
Co-ordination
and flow of information are the two most important factors in the
smooth running of any project, large or small. These are maintained
by constant lines of communication which are direct and informative
with knowledgeable staff who care.
